Portland Oregon - August 15-19, 2010SponsorshipsThe 2010 MMIS Conference is pleased to offer the following menu of available sponsorships. Please fill out the appropriate form(s) and follow instructions on the form for submitting payment. Sponsorship questions may be addressed to: 508-856-8229
or 508-856-2211 Booth Rentals: $1995 10'x10' booths include: one (1) complimentary registration, pipe and drape, 1/8 page ad and logo displayed in conference program, electricity (5 amps), and participation in the “Welcome Reception” on Sunday in the Exhibits area. Booth COSTS are NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE and must be paid by invoice due date. Booth Request Form Meals: Breakfasts: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday $7500 each Breakfast: Thursday: $2500 Lunches: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday $7500 each Food & Beverage is included in meal sponsorship. Meal sponsors may display a non-interactive presentation or project their logo during a meal or present a small “leave behind” for attendees. Session Breaks $5000 (per day-Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday) (Food and Beverage Included) Includes signage for your company for each of the breaks provided between sessions. Your company will also be acknowledged in the Conference Program. Companies may also provide customized napkins (logos etc.) or additional signage at their own cost. Vendor Tracks: $3500 each There are approximately 14 seventy-five minute sessions during which you may present the topic of your choice. Each vendor track sponsorship includes a 1/8 page ad in the conference program as well as the session abstract in the agenda. Advertising: Full Page (10”H x 7.5”W) $4,000.00 Full Page (Front or Back Inside Cover) $5,000.00 Half Page (4.5”H x 7.5”W) $2,000.00 Quarter Page (4.5”H x 3.5”W) $1,000.00 Eighth Page (2.5”H x 3.5”W) $ 500.00 Cyber Café: (NOTE: The Cyber Café sponsorship has been reserved) The sponsor of the Cyber Café (to be located at the rear of the exhibits area) is responsible for providing all hardware and manpower to staff the Cyber Café with 10 workstations equipped with Microsoft Office. Additionally, the sponsor must coordinate and pay for all Internet access charges for the Cyber Café. The Cyber Café hours will mirror the exhibit hall hours.
