MMIS 2008 is pleased to offer accommodations at the world renowned Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center . Located just 10 minutes from the Nashville International Airport (BNA) you will be surrounded by nine acres of luxurious gardens, restaurants and areas to network with your MMIS colleagues.

MMIS 2008 is pleased to offer the following rates to our attendees:

Government Rate:
(must be a government employee - State or Federal)
N-NESC1 (this last digit is the number one) ($107 rate)

Non-Government Rate: N-NESCS ($209 rate)

To reserve your room today, please call Opryland at 615-889-1000 and ask for “Reservations.” Be sure to mention that you are a MMIS 2008 attendee.

PLEASE NOTE: The MMIS Special Rate codes do not work on the online reservation system at Opryland so please call directly to get these rates.

These room rates will be available only until August 14, 2008!!
Applicable taxes will be added to room rates. Currently, the sales tax is 9.25%, Occupancy Tax is 6% and the City Tax $2.00. Group rates will apply three days prior and three days following our event. Each additional person to a room is $20.00. Children twelve and under are free when occupying the same room with their parents.

PLEASE NOTE: A daily resort fee of $15.00 will be added to the guest room rate. This fee will cover several in-room amenities which at the time of check-in will include complimentary local and 1-800 telephone calls (first 20 minutes); high speed internet access, daily newspaper, designated complimentary in-room beverages as well as a local shuttle service and Fitness Center access. This fee is not negotiable and will be added to all guests rates.
