General Exhibitor Hotel Policy:

  • All exhibitors are responsible for making room reservations and charges associated with the room(s) reserved.

NESCSO receives hotel rooming lists from the hotel prior to the event. Any exhibitor who has made reservations using the government rate (exhibitors must use the non-government rate code) will be contacted and asked to immediately change their reservation using the appropriate rate. If no action is taken, NESCSO reserves the right to contact the hotel and change the reservation to the appropriate rate. This may result in loss of rooms should the appropriate rate rooms no longer be available.

  • All food and beverage ordered for exhibitor/company sponsored events must be purchased through our host hotel.

  • Conference meals and snacks are included in your registration fee and are provided to our attendees ONLY (no guests please) . All other food purchases are the responsibility of the attendee.

  • Companies/exhibitors/individuals wishing to reserve more than 5 rooms will be asked to sign a contract with the hotel. This is hotel policy and prevents NESCSO from liabilities resulting from cancellations.

  • Cancellations may be made up 72 hours before your arrival date with a refund of your first night's stay which is charged to your credit card upon making the reservation.

The beautiful Hilton Austin , central to the incredible live music scene and vast culinary offerings of Austin will be the site of MMIS 2011.

Rooms at the Hilton are sold out for both, Government and Non-Government rates. Please see accomodations for details on the overflow hotel.
