  • All attendees are responsible for making room reservations and charges associated with the room(s) reserved. See Accommodations Guide for information on how to make a reservation.
  • Group rate deadlines will be posted as soon as available. NESCSO will not be able to extend this deadline so please do not ask us for special consideration.
  • Individuals wishing to reserve more than 5 rooms will be asked to sign a contract with the hotel. This is hotel policy and prevents NESCSO from liabilities resulting from cancellations.
  • Conference meals and snacks are included in your registration fee and are provided to our attendees ONLY ( no guests please ) . All other food purchases are the responsibility of the attendee.
  • Cancellations may be made up 72 hours before your arrival date with a refund of your first night's stay which is charged to your credit card upon making the reservation.
