General Attendee Hotel Policy:
- All attendees are responsible for making room reservations and charges associated with the room(s) reserved.
- NESCSO will not be able to extend the group deadline so please do not ask us for special consideration.
- Individuals wishing to reserve more than 5 rooms will be asked to sign a contract with the hotel. This is hotel policy and prevents NESCSO from liabilities resulting from cancellations.
- Conference meals and snacks are included in your registration fee and are provided to our attendees ONLY (no guests please). All other food purchases are the responsibility of the attendee.
- Cancellations may be made up 72 hours before your arrival date with a refund of your first night's stay which is charged to your credit card.
