The State of Oregon and the New England States Consortium Systems Organization (NESCSO) is pleased to invite you to attend the 2010 MMIS Conference to be held at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, Oregon between August 15-19, 2010.

MMIS 2010: Making Medicaid Information Sustainable promises to be an event like no other MMIS Conference to date. As Medicaid and the MMIS are positioned at "ground zero" for the transformation of health care information, this year's conference will bring together not only Medicaid subject matter experts but federal, state and industry thought leaders who are charged with guiding the U.S. health care system through the largest reform effort in history. Conference sessions on MITA, HIE, HIT, ICD-10, 5010 and much more will provide attendees with the knowledge and updates needed to successfully maneuver through the critical decisions and economic challenges faced by all.

In these challenging economic times, NESCSO is also pleased to announce that we have maintained last year's pricing for registration, sponsorships and exhibiting. Additionally, the conference will sponsor an evening "mixer" to promote networking for all our attendees in addition to the Welcome Reception on Sunday.

Our host city of Portland is one of America's most sustainable cities. From earth-friendly transportation, menus featuring local foods,Green Seal-certified hotels and the LEED-EB silver-certified convention center, you will find Portland truly to be North America's "best big city" (Money Magazine).

Information on conference registration, hotel reservations, sponsorship and submitting abstracts for the Call for Papers is available at www.mmisconference.org.

We look forward to seeing you in Portland for MMIS 2010!
